Lake Susan is an AMAZING place to live- I love it here! The lake to run/walk around, so close to groceries, restaurants and entertainment... The people are amazing as well. What's not to love!
I had an awesome experience with maintenance yesterday. I took a few moments to log onto Lake Susan's website & complete a maintenance request. I indicated it was not urgent. Within 45 minutes, someone was knocking on my door and the problem was being addressed as I was headed out the door. Lake Susan Apartments surpassed my expectations in a prompt, thorough fashion. No complaints!
The office staff is super friendly! They make Lake Susan Apartments feel like a home.
